Gerry George is Managing Director of DigiSolv, Inc an information technology service provider, providing businesses with complete technology service solutions. He is also a Commisioner at the National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission in Saint Lucia.

Gerry is regarded as an "Open Source Evangelist." He likes to say that he does not offer Linux or Open Source as a solution, but rather offers solutions that happen to include or be based on Linux & Open Source.

He holds a MS, Management Information Systems from Boston University - School of Management and a BA, Economics from the University of Western Ontario.
